RI Gun Rights Project Terms and Conditions

1. Overview:
By subscribing to the RI Gun Rights Project notifications, you agree to receive updates via  email (and SMS if selected) about new content, including articles and events, from our private information portal. We are a non-commercial initiative and do not collect money for these services.

2. Eligibility:
Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age required by local law.

3. Consent to Receive Notifications:
By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address and opting in via our signup page (https://rigunrights.com/newsletter), you authorize the RI Gun Rights Project to send you recurring alerts and newsletters. Message frequency may vary based on new content and event updates. Standard messaging and data rates may apply for SMS communications.The number you will receive texts from is 401-285-4040 this number does not receive inbound calls or reply texts.

4. Opt-Out:
You may opt out of receiving notifications at any time. For SMS alerts, reply “STOP” to any SMS you receive. For email newsletters, click the “unsubscribe” link provided in the email. Once opted out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Information Sharing:
We do not sell or rent your personal information. When provided with your explicit consent, we may share your contact information with third-party gun rights organizations within Rhode Island to provide additional relevant content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted here on this page https://rigunrights.com/terms-and-conditions/.  Continued participation in the notification programs indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
