SCOTUS Cases in Limbo?

It appears that The Supreme Court has decided not to decide on cases pending before them.

Both Ocean State Tactical v Rhode Island (Docket 24-131), the magazine ban case, and Snope v Brown (Docket 24-203) which is an “Assault Weapons” ban case.

Some are speculating that the this could be bad news and the reason for no announcement maby because there is a dissent being written.

No Snope or Ocean State Tactical on today’s order list. That likely means another relist today, possibly to give someone time to finish writing a dissent. I’m officially worried now.
