    You can register online through the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s voter registration portal .

    You can also register by mail, or in person at your local Board of Canvassers. If you choose to voet this way here is a link to the RI Voter Registrion Form which you can download, fill it in, print it out. THe addresses of your local board of canvassers is aslo included in this document.
